Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, the policy below outlines how we can make it better.

Refunds

All sales are final by default. However, we understand special circumstances can arise. Refund requests are reviewed case‑by‑case. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a brief explanation. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong colour or size, we’re happy to arrange an exchange when stock is available. Please note:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges for manufacturing defects are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis. Normal wear & tear is not covered.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.  We cover shipping only when the exchange is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please contact us with photos of the item and your order number.
